Whether you envision a small intimate gathering or a large traditional wedding, your personal wedding coordinator will customize all of the details to suit your needs. Coconut Bay's wedding team will provide you with a choice of decorations, entertainment, photography, and beauty treatments to make the day uniquely yours.

LUXURY WEDDING PACKAGE: GBP£325 *
Includes: Services of a wedding coordinator, Bridal Bouquet, Groom's Boutinere, Witnesses (if required), Two Tier Wedding Cake, Champagne, Marriage Officer, and Legal Fees
Luxury wedding package is free when min of 10 night stay in an upgraded room. All other wedding packaged; guests min stay is 3 nights. Guests need to at the hotel minimum 48 hours prior to wedding.
DELUXE WEDDING PACKAGE: GBP£435 *
Includes details of luxury package and Twenty-four Pictures with Album and Negatives
GBP £100 additional for weddings performed in less than 24 hours.
GBP £50 additional charge for late processing fee.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR WEDDINGS/RENEWAL OF VOWS.
- 1. Valid Passport and Birth Certificate and Driver's License.
- 2. Original Proof of Deed Pole. If there has been a change of Name.
- 3. Original Proof of Decree Absolute (if previously married).
- 4. Original Death Certificate of spouse (if necessary).
- 5. Under 18 years of age, parental consent in the form of an Affidavit Stamped Notary Public.
- 6. Original Wedding Certificate. Renewal of Vows.
Additional Fees will apply for: Extra Floral Arrangements, Hairdresser, Music, Photography, Videography, and Spa Treatments.
* Guests must be on the property at least 48 hours prior to wedding and stay a minimum of 3 nights.
